Business Development department

The BD department focuses on leading business development and building client relationships. The department is also responsible for the marketing of our Ampelmann products and services in our different offices in America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East. In this department you will find three different segments:

Business Development develops strategies to meet client needs and adapt to market demands. It plays a key role in driving growth, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s presence in the market.

The Service Desk is responsible for all sold systems and after-sales requests. This includes everything from maintenance and spare parts, to repairs and technical support for our buying clients. 

Inside Sales & Marketing provides sales support and is responsible for all marketing activities. From branding to the organisation of exhibitions, seminars and client events, they create written, videographic and graphic design content and support the development of our business through documentation and the CRM.
