About the Finance department
As a Financial Administrator, you will be part of the Finance department, which is divided into four teams: Business Control, Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Treasury Specialist, and Accounts Payable. In this position, you will report to the Manager Finance & Control.
Your role as Financial Administrator
In this position your main responsibility will be processing administration like bank statements by ensuring timely action and accurate management of processes and you will provide support in processing outgoing invoices. To ensure you keep delivering a top-quality service level you are continuously looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your processes and tools. To make sure your role remains diverse and challenging you will also be supporting the Finance team in other activities.
Regular activities
Timely processing of bank statements for all Ampelmann entities.
Support the team with the timely and accurate processing of all outgoing invoices.
Identifying and implementing improvements in administration processes.
Supporting the Finance team with recurring and ad-hoc activities.
We ask
Vocational/MBO degree in Administration and 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Administration
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excellent communications skills in English, Dutch is preferable
Data entry, processing and project management skills
Proficient in using Office 356, especially Excel is a plus
