About the Crewing Team
The global Crewing team is located at our HQ in Delft and is responsible for the worldwide pool of offshore colleagues. From recruitment to development, from the right mindset to the right motivation, the Crewing team supports operations by delivering skilled operators to run global offshore projects. The international team currently consists of six Offshore Personnel Coordinators, two Work Students, one Team Lead, and the Manager Crewing.
Your role as Offshore Personnel Coordinator
As Offshore Personnel Coordinator, you play a vital role in managing and planning offshore personnel (Operators) with a focus on projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You combine structured, methodical planning with a human-centered approach, ensuring Operators are compliant, trained, and motivated. You are working closely with Operator team leads and various departments, solving complex scheduling puzzles while maintaining high morale for our global offshore workforce. This role offers a unique blend of operational challenges and interpersonal connection in an environment full of energy, growth, and opportunities for fun activities (such as event organizing). In this role, you will report to the Team Lead Crewing.
Regular Activities
Plan and coordinate Operators schedules with a focus on projects in your region.
Be the Operators' main point of contact, ensuring their compliance and training requirements are met.
Collaborate closely with Operator team leads to manage Operators wellbeing and availability.
Maintain clear communication with multiple internal stakeholders and departments (e.g. Operations, Business Development).
Adapt quickly to operational changes and resolve scheduling challenges efficiently.
Identify and execute potential improvements.
We ask
A minimum of Vocational degree and 3+ years of work experience in workforce planning or a related field (e.g. offshore, logistics, aviation etc.)
Outstanding planning and coordination skills, experience with project management is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
You are people-oriented and excel at building strong relationships
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus

Monthly gross salary between EUR 3.246 – 4.637 based on your experience
