About the ERP team  

You will be part of the Structural Change department focusing on improving organizational processes and efficiency. The ERP team acts as an enabler for the business, working cross-departmentally to identify and implement technological solutions using MS D365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The aim of the team, which is currently planning to expand, is to continuously adapt to technological developments, particularly Microsoft's evolving platforms, and support various business units in becoming more effective.   

 

Your role as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant 

As a MS D365 CE Consultant, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions. You’ll drive innovation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CE platform, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals. Working closely with the ERP team and key users across departments, you’ll ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the platform. Reporting to the Solution Architect, you’ll be part of a team of four consultants and a soon-to-be-hired Product Owner, shaping our digital future. 

 

Regular activities 

  • Configure, develop, and maintain MS D365 CE to support customer engagement processes. 

  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable CRM solutions. 

  • Collaborate with the MS D365 Finance and Operations apps (F&O) consultants to ensure smooth integration between CE and F&O 

  • Support users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance. 

  • Test and validate new features and updates to meet business requirements. 

  • Explore and promote Sales Copilot / AI features and Power Platform apps to automate routine tasks and surface insights. 

 

We ask 

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 5+ years of proven expertise in MS D365 CE (Customer Engagement) - experience with Sales is essential; exposure to Field Service, Customer Service or Customer Insights apps is a strong plus 

  • Solid understanding of Power Platform and data integration tools 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 

  • You need to be proactive, collaborative and have a solution-oriented mindset 

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Monthly gross salary for Medior role is between EUR 3.862 - 5.518 based on your experience
