About the P&O department
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be part of the People Development team within the People & Organization (P&O) department. The P&O department is responsible for developing and executing the strategy that enables Ampelmann to attract, develop and retain the best people and to create an optimal working environment. Within that strategy, the People Development team ensures that individuals and teams at Ampelmann have the right tools and resources to reach their full potential. Next to you, the team is comprised by two Talent Acquisition Specialists, a Talent Sourcer, a People Development Specialist, an L&D Specialist and an L&D Coordinator. Your role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your work ensures that both candidates and hiring teams are well-supported throughout the recruitment journey. You assist the Talent Acquisition Specialists through all stages of our end-to-end recruitment process - including a pivotal role in the early stages of the selection process - and support with organization of recruitment marketing activities and internal events. Next to this, you’ll manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure optimal usage, data integrity and user experience and you contribute to process improvements and projects. In this role you get the opportunity to make a significant impact on our hiring efforts, with no day being the same.
Regular activities
Carry out administrative tasks to support the recruitment process (e.g. vacancy posting, scheduling interviews, managing department mailbox).
Utilize online and offline platforms to source candidates for active vacancies and create and maintain talent pools for recurring, critical, or hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct pre-screening calls and report findings via evaluation forms.
Act as key user for the ATS (Recruitee) by providing first-line support to users, troubleshooting issues, monitoring data quality and improving system configurations.
Assist with the organization of job fairs, online- and offline campaigns, inhouse days and (co)-host internal events such as study weekenders and introduction days.
Participate in Talent Acquisition related and cross-functional department projects.
We ask
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Applied Psychology, Communication, Business Administration or similar and between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience managing ATS and recruitment tools; experience with Recruitee and/or Metaview is a plus
Strong planning and organizing skills
Strong communication and reporting skills
Affinity with process optimization, automatization and data utilization
Fluent in English
