This is what we call, the Staff division!
Our Staff division provides specialised support to other departments, ensuring smooth operations within the entire company. There are five different departments in this division that consist of different teams:
People & Organisation (P&O) manages all aspects related to personnel at Ampelmann. This includes talent acquisition, employee administration, education & training. They also provide strategic advice on workforce related matters to the business. Finance provides decision making support on financial and business topics, make long term business plans, targets and next year budgets. They also review financial performance and handle our bookkeeping and financial control.
The IT team is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's worldwide technological infrastructure. They provide support on IT-related issues and ensure a safe and reliable digital working environment for everyone.
The Legal team is responsible for protecting the reputation and business interests of the organisation, providing advice to the entire company and ensuring that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Procurement (Sourcing & Contracting) is responsible for all big purchasing decisions as well as sourcing and contracting goods and services for Ampelmann.
The Facilities team is responsible for the safety and management of our buildings and facilities. They make sure we have a great office to work in and also provide direct support to the Management Team.
Walk to Work (W2W) Academy develops training programmes on-shore and off-shore for the operators who handle Ampelmann’s fleet of systems.
