Our Structural Change department
This department is dedicated to managing and executing initiatives aimed at transforming Ampelmann to achieve its strategic goals. It plays a key role in (re-)designing and implementing processes, systems, and strategies that enable the company to adapt to evolving market demands, optimise performance, and foster innovation.
In this department, you will find the Continuous Improvements team. Here, professional enablers of change are always striving for better results in a better and smarter way in accordance with our company goals.
Last, but not least, our ERP team is responsible for developing digital oriented services and products that add value to internal and external customers. They take care of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to keep all our information centralised and aligned.
