Our departments

Structural Change
The focus of Structural Change is on (re)designing and implementing business processes and strategies that drive organizational change and growth throughout the whole company.

Innovations
The Innovations department develops all new products for our internal and external clients. From concept to line product, offshore access solution to digital service, they research, design and build all of Ampelmann’s products.

Staff
Our Staff department provides specialised support and services to other departments, ensuring smooth operations within Ampelmann. This department includes Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, Facilities, Walk to Work (W2W), and P&O.

Operations
Operations is responsible for making sure our global operations run smoothly, safely and efficiently. They manage our client’s projects, maintain and improve our systems, are responsible for crewing and provide 24/7 technical and operational support.

Business Development
Business Development focuses on building client relationships, driving growth as well as marketing Ampelmann’s products and services to internal and external clients.
