Our selection process
We ensure a structured and fair selection process to provide equal opportunities for everyone. Our vacancies are posted online for two weeks, with the closing date clearly indicated in each posting. After the deadline, we review applications and notify all applicants within a week. Selected candidates will complete a maximum of two interview rounds over two weeks, starting in the week after the vacancy deadline. Once interviews are done, we will inform the candidates of the outcome immediately. That same week we will extend an offer.
Since English is our company language, most of our day-to-day communication will be in English too. Interviews are generally in English, with exceptions possible in local languages.
While our process is typically consistent, we’ll let you know of any variations in advance to ensure adequate management of your expectations.
